Build your Superdupersonic your way. Pick your flex, trucks, wheels and rear mounting, and we’ll put one together to match how you ride.
The Superdupersonic is Pantheon’s dedicated long-distance pumping (LDP) deck. Compared with the Supersonic, it has a wider neck and tail, deeper carved wheel wells and reinforced front and rear necks, which take the most stress during hard pumping.
The deck’s built-in wedge and de-wedge mounting is what makes it pump so well. The nose sits at +15°, so a 50° front truck turns like a 65° one. That gives you a quick, lively front end for building speed. A mellow concave and a slight camber keep long sessions comfortable without dulling the response.
Deck Specs
- Length: 36.5"
- Width: 9.5" front / 9.3" rear
- Wheelbase: 30.05" (outer) / 25.67" (inner)
- Construction: bamboo core. Light and medium flex use fiberglass, and heavy flex uses long-ply maple.
- Graphic: Rafa Alvarez
Flex
- Light: riders under 77kg
- Medium: 68–95kg
- Heavy: 82–113kg
Rear Mounting
- Inner Wheelbase (40° wedge, flipped): The rear truck mounts flipped in the 40° position, which leaves the rear close to 0°. The shorter wheelbase and very stable tail make this the most efficient setup for pure pumping.
- Outer Wheelbase (-17° wedge): The longer 30" wheelbase makes the rear more surfy and carvy. It’s a good fit for relaxed distance cruising and carving.
Trucks
Each setup is listed as front/rear base angle.
Paris V3 (150mm or 165mm). Paris trucks are proven and predictable reverse-kingpin (RKP) trucks:
- 50°/43°: a turny front with a calmer, more stable rear. This is the balanced all-rounder.
- 50°/50°: the most responsive pairing for an active pumping style.
- 43°/43°: the most stable option, good for longer pushes and higher speeds.
Defaults
The default completes comes with
- Pre-gripped deck
- Pantheon wheel bearings
- ThaneLife stainless steel hardwares
The two widths ride differently. 150mm is quicker and more nimble, while 165mm is more planted and suits bigger riders or bigger wheels.
Paris V3 Hollow Lite (Pearl White). These are the same Paris geometry with hollowed components that cut weight without giving up strength. The lighter setup makes a noticeable difference over long distances. They come in 150mm or 165mm, in 50°/50° or 50°/43°.
Pantheon x Valkyrie Cast 150mm 50°/50°. This is a collaboration truck built for pushing and pumping:
- Patented offset bushing seats keep the hanger centered and stable, so the truck feels flowy and surfy without getting vague.
- Pressure-cast construction, a press-fit stainless kingpin, CNC-machined pivots and hollow axles.
- 92a plug and barrel bushings.
- About 397g per truck.
Wheels
Pantheon:
- Karma 92mm (74a): a well-balanced size for pumping, pushing and cruising.
- Hoku 102mm (74a / 78a): big wheels that hold momentum over distance. 74a gives more grip and a smoother ride on rough roads. 78a rolls faster on smooth tarmac.
Seismic: These come in Seismic’s Defcon urethane. The Speed Vent Purple uses BlackOps urethane, which slides well once broken in.
- Tailwind 83mm (Mango 76A / Mint 79A): a fast, efficient distance wheel that picks up speed quickly from a standstill.
- Speed Vent 85mm (Bubblegum Pink 77A / Mango 78.5A / Purple 79A / Mint 80A / Clear Blue): made for speed and less effort over long distances. Softer colourways grip and smooth out rough roads, and harder ones roll faster on good tarmac.
Not sure where to start?
For a dedicated pumper, go with Paris 150mm 50°/50° or Valkyrie 150mm, Inner Wheelbase and Hoku 102mm 74a. For a distance cruiser that still pumps well, go with Paris 165mm 50°/43°, Outer Wheelbase and Seismic Tailwind 83mm. Message us if you’d like help dialling in your build.
Please note: Because freight costs have gone up, completes ship as a full set of matched components, unassembled.
